I am the leader from the future.

I graduated with a Medical degree from Silesian Medical University in Poland in 1990. Subsequently, I also received certificates in management development from Management Center of Europe, Brussels, Belgium. I also have a certificate in Finance for non-financial Managers from Ashridge Business School, UK and Business Coach Postgraduate Diploma from Collegium Civitas, Warsaw, Poland. I joined the Kalkstein team in 2011 as a Management Trainer and Senior Consultant. My training expertise lies in the area of management and leadership, communications, sales and negotiations. I am also able to deliver training and coaching sessions in Polish, French and English.
As a business trainer and facilitator, I accumulated twenty years of experience in sales, marketing, medical services, human resources, and training and development areas in the health care industry. I worked for Aventis, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Pfizer and Cephalon in Poland, Central Eastern Europe, Ukraine and Baltic Countries.

Privately I love alpine skiing and mountain climbing. In January, 2015, I reached the summit of Kilimanjaro. At home I spend a lot of time in the kitchen when cooking my favourite dishes.
